BACK ORDERS-We send all items that we have in stock as quickly as possible using UPS, US MAIL, and MEDIA MAIL where applicable, however, items that we do not have in stock are automatically “Special Ordered” or “Back Ordered” for you. We have access to so many different items for our customers, that some items will require special ordering. For all “Special Orders” please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We are always glad to accomodate your special needs when possible.
 

BLANK ORDER FORM FEATURE-If you know what you want and have a prepared list of manufacturer item numbers, Click on this feature for faster checkout. This feature allows you to log in items that you have chosen to purchase from our Mail-Out Catalog and may help to provide a way to shop more quickly. Enjoy Shopping!

CREDIT TERMS-We are happy to service Schools, Districts, and any other Institutionally Authorized charge accounts on pre-approved applications only. To request an Application for Credit simply contact our Catalog Department at Ext. 105 or the Accounting Department at Ext. 102 for assistance. We look forward to serving you!
 

GUARANTEE-We guarantee customer satifaction with every product we sell. Should you wish to return any item for any reason, you must contact our Catalog Department within 30 days and we will promptly replace, refund, or credit your account. Please note that special ordered furniture items will be accessed a 30% restocking fee if returned.
 

LAMINATING-All local store locations provide 24 inch width of lamination services for just $0.75 a linear foot. Only our West Jordan location provides a 38 inch width of lamination for $3.50 a linear foot. Great for Maps!!!
 

MAPS-We carry a wide selection of state and city maps as well as world maps for travelers and missionaries. We also feature USGS Topo Maps of the United States, which are printed on durable water-proof paper and ink. These specialized maps can be customized to your needs.
 

ORDERING can be accomplished on this site, or by calling 1-800-348-8345, Ext. 105 to reach our Internet-Mail-Order-Catalog Department. Please call Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard time.
 

NO PHOTOCOPYING-Please note that photocopying is not available at any of our store locations. Please contact the store nearest you for more details.
 

PRICING-We will make every effort to keep changes at a minimum, but prices posted are subject to change WITHOUT NOTICE based on manufacturers’ increases.
 

RETURNS-We want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return an item, please provide an original receipt to any of our stores within 30 days of the purchase date. If you need to return an item and your order was placed on the internet or with the Catalog Deptartment, please call our Catalog Deptartment at 1-800-348-8345 extension 105. We assess a 30% restocking fee on all speical ordered furniture items returned.
 

SHIPPING & HANDLING-We promptly process, pack, and ship your order UPS so you receive your merchandise as soon as possible. Please note that furniture items require special shipping fees and will be determined at the time of purchase. We are pleased to accept any size order. Our shipping and handling rates are $7.00 or 10% of your purchase, which ever is greater. Currently this shipping fee includes the fuel surcharge being added by UPS. Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii/APO and out of country shipping require special handling fees. Contact our Catalog Department for more information on these rates or any other shipping inquiries.
 

SHORTAGES/DAMAGES-Report any shortages or damaged items to us within 15 days from the day your merchandise was received. Please call the location where your order originated.
